A moderately paced class that focuses on learning essential yoga postures as you explore basic sequences. Discover and expand your personal power with foundational alignment principles that allow more ease and stability in your practice. Sun salutations, standing poses, introduction to backbends, twists, forward bends will be included as well as relaxation at the end of class. Optional variations of poses will be offered making this class appropriate for beginners; as well as those looking to polish their existing practice.
