Turkey Day 5K

In pairs, run a total of 5000 meters in 200m intervals
While P1 runs 200m, P2 must work on an AMRAP of:

30 thrusters 95/65
30 Abmat sit ups
30 KB swings 70/53
30 burpees

When P1 returns from their 200m run, they must tag out P2 and continue the work where P2 left off.
*Score is time of completion and total rounds completed of AMRAP.
